Auditoria and classrooms are primarily used for speech communication. A good speech intelligibility therefore has to be achieved in the room. A particular challenge are auditoria with seperable wall systems, since proper communication has to be ensured in all setups. Also intrusive noise from adjacent spaces and from the exterior environment must be controlled.
